We deals in Tea, Coffee and other perishable commodities, so we don’t approve of any return or replacement of the same.

Few cases of exceptions like wrong product received, broken or damaged products received. In such cases, we would request product identification and some other information relating product.

Please inform us within 24 hours of receipt of the product, only then we would be able to assist you.

We provide warranty on Espresso and Bean to Cup Machines as offered by the company but we do not provide any warranty on  Nespresso and Dolce Gusto machines as we import them from European nations.

Any amount that need to be refunded /reimbursed will be sent back to the same instrument that was used to transact on our website. The refund will be credited to your account within 7-10 business working days, as per the standard banking procedure.

Products which are not expired or damaged will not be exchanged or refunded under any circumstance.
