Shanghai Lungo is roasted in two quick and light splits, which allows us to get precise results from both parts while maintaining the delicacy of the blend. A fine grind and a medium capsule load ensure that it is not too mild.

Shanghai Lungo is a fruity blend with aromatic notes reminiscent of orange, peach and red fruits. Berry notes and fine acidity contribute to the smoothness of the mixture.
